Case called out repeatedly. Both the parties are absent. According to the office report the complainant has not taken steps in compliance of earlier order passed by this Forum as well as D.C.D.R.F-II wherefrom, record of this case has been received by transfer. It also appears from perusal of the record that, the complainant was not appearing before D.C.D.R.F-II since long back therefore, there appears no justification for further proceedings in the present complaint case. The case is dismissed for want of prosecution by the complainant. Let record be consigned.
