Today is fixed for finishing original documents by the complainant and admission hearing.

The complainant is absent on repeated calls. None for the complainant is present and no steps is taken. No document is furnished by the complainant. It is now 12.50 p.m.

On scrutiny it appears that the instant case was filed by the complainant on 05.06.2024, fixing 20.06.2024 for admission hearing and on 20.06.2024 the complainant prayed for time for admission hearing fixing 25.06.2024 for admission hearing and on that date also the complainant has prayed for time for hearing and on today the complainant takes no steps.

On perusal of the order sheet it reveals that the instant case was filed on 05.06.2024 and today is 26.06.2024 and as such 21 days has been elapsed for admission hearing and the complainant has taken no steps even on second call and as such we are not inclined to admit the Consumer Complaint in its present form and rejected accordingly.

However, the complainant is at liberty to file afresh on the same cause of action covering up the above, if so advised, and if not, otherwise barred by law.
