          The instant complaint has been filed by the complainant under Section 12 and 13 of the Consumer Protection Act leveling various allegations against the opposite parties alleging deficiency in services on their part. The case was at the stage of filing written version by the opposite parties when both the parties entered in to amicable settlement.

          On the last date of hearing i.e. 23.12.2015 Sh. Mahant Singh A.R.A Punjab State Power Corporation Limited Manochal had made statement to the effect that Punjab State Corporation Limited had adjusted the disputed amount of Rs. 4,020/- with discount in the account of complainant Harbhajan Singh. On this on 23.12.2015, the complainant had made statement to the effect that he had heard the statement of Sh. Mahant Singh ARA and the amount in dispute of Rs. 4,020/- with discount had been adjusted in his account and he  was satisfied with the same. He further stated that he did not want to pursue the present complaint and the present complaint may be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. In view of the statement of the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Copy of order be supplied to the parties as per rules. File be consigned to the record room.
