1.The    Superintendent   of Post offices,   At/Po:Rayagada, Dist:Rayagada,State:Odisha, Pin No.765001.                         ..Opposite party.

 

                                                                        ORDER.

The  crux of the case is that  the above named complainantS alleging deficiency in service  against  afore mentioned O.Ps    for  non payment of cheque amount  to the complainants  for which  the complainant   sought for redressal of the grievances raised by the complainant.

On  being  receipt of notice  the O.Ps have filed written version and vehemently argued the  matter..

During the course of hearing the complainant  Sri  Bhaskar Patra  who has filed  this case on behalf of other complainants is present before the District Commission  in person and  submitted  a memo stating  that after filing of the C.C. case  we both the parties have settled the matter out of court  and  have   received  cheques  from the  O.P. with  accrued  interest.   Hence he  prays the District commission  to close the case as  he does  not want to proceed the case further.

 

         Herrd from the parties.  Verified the Memo and  relevant documents  filed  by both  the parties. The complainant had filed  the memo with his full and final settlement of their claims with out any  protest. The complainant prayed  to with draw the case.

                Considering the exigencies of the case  accordingly the present C.C. case is hereby closed & O.Ps are  wriggled out of the liability  of the case .

            Copy  of the order be supplied  free of cost to the parties.
