On scrutiny of records, it appears that since 10.08.2023 the complainant was absent without steps. None appeared on behalf of the complainant. Therefore, on 20.05.2024, complainant was directed to show cause as to why the present complaint shall not be dismissed for non-prosecution    and date was fixed on 11.06.2024, and 26.06.2024.

Today, the complainant is also absent and no step is taken on his behalf. Therefore, we have no other option but to dismiss the complaint on the ground of non-prosecution.

that the present Consumer Complaint being No.163/2019  be and the same is dismissed for non-prosecution    against the complainant without any cost.
