Present:        None for complainant.

                     As per office report RC/AD not filed. Therefore, notice could not be issued to OPs.

            Perusal of the file reveals that this complaint is pending since 16.04.2021, despite availing number of effective opportunities complainant has failed to furnish RC/AD etc. In these circumstances it appears that complainant is no more interested to proceed further with the present complaint. The complainant has also not paid the cost levied vide order dt.09.08.2022. Today also case called several times since morning but none has appeared on behalf of complainant. It is already 3.50 pm.  Waited sufficiently.  Further wait is not justified and thus the same stands dismissed in default due to non appearance of complainant. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
