A joint petition has been filed by both the parties with regard to settlement of the case out side the court and hence the prayer has been made to recall the date . as prayed the date is recalled on the matter have been settle between the parties and they are not interested of the case further more . as per settlement the Op ICICI has deposited a cheque in faver of complainant Awadesh Kumar valued rs. 26000/ . the office is directed to hand over the cheque to complainant Awadesh Kumar . In the case of compromise this case is dispossed off .
