                                                                    Maha Upbhokta Lok Adalat.

                                         The Advocates for both parties were present today and filed a joint compromise memo for the settlement of the claim between themselves amicably for Rs.23,500/- before this Commission. The complainant has submitted that he is fully and finally satisfied with the above amount and is ready to accept the same. We heard from both the learned counsel of both parties and accordingly it is allowed. Hence it is directed to the opposite parties to issue a dd/cheque for Rs.23,500/- in favor of the complainant within seven days of receipt of this order and also it is directed to the concerned Opposite Parties to report this Commission the compliance of same.                                                                                                                                                                                      

Interim Application is pending, if any, stands disposed of in terms of the aforesaid Order.

A certified copy of this final order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or they may download same from the www.confonet.nic.in to treat the same as if a copy of the order received from this Commission.
