Learned Advocates for both the parties are present. As per the order dated 15.09.2020 and order Dtd.28.10.2020 parties have settled their case. Further the complainant files a memo stating that the complainant has a heady received the amount from the Insurance company i.e. National Insurance Co. Ltd. OP No.1 towards full and final settlement of the case, and there is no remaining cause of action against the Issuance comply/ OP NO.1, thus the complainant does not want to proceed with the case further and the instant case may be dropped. Closed accordingly. In view of the said petition the case is dropped.
