JUDGEMENT.

The  crux of the case is that  the above named complainant alleging deficiency in service  against  afore mentioned O.Ps    for  non resume  the agency   for which  the complainant   sought for redressal of the grievances raised by the complainant.  The brief facts of the  case  are summarized here under.

On being noticed the O.Ps  appeared through their  learned counsel  Sri K.Gh.G.S.Kumandan  and  defend the case..

During   the course of hearing the  complainant  submitted  a memo  stating that  he wish  to withdraw the complaint  filed before the  District Commission  as  he realized  the O.Ps  are not at fault and  he  has no grievance  againt the O.Ps.  Further  he swear  will not also file  any complaint  before any  court of law or similar bodies.  The complainant  decided   to withdraw the complaint unconditionally and  without  any   pressure or favour  from anyone. whether related  or unrelated  to this complaint.

Heard  from the complainant.  Memo is allowed.

Accordingly the case is  closed  as the complainant is not  interested to proceed the  case further.
