Attendance on behalf of both the parties have been filed.

            A petition has been filed on behalf of  complainant  of the effect that both the parties have settled the matter out of the court and as per settlement the o.ps have granted two cheques  (Account Payee) of total Rs. 5,57,200/-     ( Five lacs Fifty  Seven Thousand  and two hundred)  vide account payee cheque no. 75043 & 75044 dated 21-03-20 and the complainant has received the same with full and final satisfaction. Lastly, It has been prayed to dispose of the case.

            Since the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and the complainant has no grievance to dispose of the matter. In view of the settlement arrived between the parties.

            Accordingly this complaint petition is disposed of in view of settlement arrived between the parties.
