This appeal has been received by post on 11.08.2015.  Along with appeal certified copy of the impugned order has not been filed.  Copies of appeal memo have also not been filed in adequate number.  Despite issuing SPC by the registry when the case was listed before this Commission on 27.11.2015, none appeared.  It was directed to issue SPC to appellant asking to remove default and to appear on the next date.  None has appeared today.  Defaults have also not been removed.  Certified copy of the impugned order has also not been filed.  It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing this appeal, the appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
