ORDER

Today the complain Shri Shymak Ering appeared  and submitted and application stated that Principal, Spring Dale International school(P&C Academy, integrated School) Byelane 3, Sonukuchi Path, Beharbari charali, NH37, Guwahati Assam, Pin 781029 wherein he has appealed me to solve the matter on mitual understanding and voluntarily refunded Rs. 100,000.00(Rupees one Lakh) more in additional to Rs. 16,000.00(Rupees sixteen thousand) refunded earlier, totaling the refunded amount to Rs. 1,16,000.00(Rupees one Lakh sixteen thousand) only out Rs. 1,49,000.00 (Rupees One lakh forty nine thousand) I  accepted his request and request this Hon’ble court to withdraw this case.

          As such, the instant petition stands dismiss off.
