Complainant and Opposite Party-3 filed compromise date 10.10.2015 which has been attested by this Forum on the same date.  Hence looking to the terms of compromise Exh-1, we therefore direct OP-3 to refund Rs. 5, 700/- to the complainant within 20 days. Complainant will return mobile, accessories to the OP-3.  

This order shall be complied by OP-3 within period of 20 days failing which an additional interest @ 10% per annum will be payable on whole amount from the date of this order till payment. Copy of this order be made available to the parties free of cost as per law and a copy be kept on separate file. File be consigned to record room.
