Complainant is absent without step. O.P.No-3 is present through ld. counsel. O.P.No-1 & 2 are absent without step. The complainant as off  now is not turned  up inspite of  giving a last  opportunity  to cross  examine  the O.P.W. vide an order dtd.16/6/2022 and today  has been  fixed  for necessary order. We are of the view  that  complainant  is not  interested to proceed  with his case. Hence, the case is dismissed  with default.
