The Complaint is partly allowed. The opposite Party shall pay the difference of Rs.12,204/-(Rupees twelve thousand two hundred and four) to the Complainant within thirty days from the date of this order, failing which shall bear the interest of  9% per annum. The  opposite Party shall also pay compensation of Rs.50,000/-(Rupees fifty thousand only) towards mental tension, harassment and physical hardship and Rs.5,000/-(Five thousand only) towards cost of proceedings.
