The OPs are directed to refund the sum of Rs.39,822:00 part amount of the air ticket purchase from Jet Airways along with interest of 9% per annum from 29th of April upto the date of actual payment. The OPs are directed to pay Compensation of Rs.10,000/- to each of the Complainants for their harassment, mental agony within thirty days from the date of reciept of the copy of the order. In the event the OPs do not pay the said sum within thirty days the said sum shall carry interest at the rate of 9% p.a.payable from 29th of April 2013 upto the date of the actual payment, to pay ligation cost of  Rs. 5,000/-  to each of the Complainants.
