2.Spice Services, Registered Office SG Global Knowledge Pack, 19-A, 19-B, Sector 125, Noida U.P. 201301.

                   Complaint U/s 12 of the Consumer

                   Protection Act.

ORDER:                   

                      The Learned counsel for the OP No.2 has made a statement that  the Ops shall pay the cost of mobile set i.e. Rs.3300/- alongwith compensation of Rs.one thousand within a period of thirty days subject to the condition that the complainant shall return the old mobile set to the Ops. Thereafter, the learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement for withdrawal of the complaint.

 

2.                 Therefore, in view of the statements made by the counsel for the parties, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the parties shall be bound by their respective statements. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
