Present : Complainant in person.

             OP  has moved an application dated 26.07.2017 stating therein that in full and final settlement of the claim of complainant an amount of Rs. 8500/- has been deposited in this forum by the OP vide Demand Draft No. 294558 dated 25.07.2017 in favour of the complainant and  also requested  the complainant to deposit the old handset MI 519 with all accessories and box to OP’s nearest service center.  Complainant  has filed letter on 31.08.2017 issued by the office of OP  stating therein that in compliance of the aforesaid application dated 26.07.2017 complainant has deposited the old handset along with its accessories and OP have no  objection in handing over the aforesaid Demand Draft to the complainant for closure of this case.  In view of the aforesaid application the Demand Draft of Rs. 8,500/-  has been handed over to complainant as full and final settlement of this complaint  and the complainant has accepted the same under due receipt placed on the file. Hence the complaint is disposed of as settled.

    Copy of this order be made available to the parties as per law. File be consigned to record room.
