3.         Cyber Electronics (India), SCO 170, 1st Floor, Sector 38-D, Chandigarh.

Present:           Complainant in person.

                        Sh.Varinder, Service Engineer/Representative of OP No.3. 

 

ORDER

                       

                        In order to comply with the order passed by this Forum, Sh.Varinder, Service Engineer has appeared for OP No.3 and tendered draft No.602721, dated 7.2.2011 amounting to Rs.10,780/- in the name of complainant for payment to him. His statement to that effect has been recorded separately. The said draft has been received by the complainant towards his satisfaction and made statement for withdrawal of the execution application as satisfied. Accordingly, the execution application is dismissed as withdrawn being satisfied.

                        The certificate issued to the District Collector, Chandigarh, under Section 25(3) of the C.P.Act is hereby cancelled and be called back.

                        Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties.  The file be consigned.
