Present:       None for the DH.

Sh. M.S. Parmar, Advocate for JD no. 1.

 

                   Case called several times since morning.  It is now 2.30 p.m. but none appeared on behalf of the DH.  None is appearing on behalf of the DH since 13.11.2015.  This case was adjourned several times in the absence of DH.  The counsel for the JD no. 1 stated that the JD no. 1 has complied with the order dated 20.03.2015 and has made the payment of Rs. 8200/- and Rs. 1020/- to the counsel for the DH and nothing is due to the DH from the JDs.  His statement recorded separately.  In view of the statement, the execution application of the DH is dismissed being fully satisfied.  File be consigned to the record room.
