                    Case called several times since morning but none has appeared on behalf of the complainant.  It is now 2.35 p.m.  This case is being adjourned time and again for filing of the written statement. On the last date of hearing the case was adjourned for today for filing of written statement subject to payment of Rs. 500/- as cost to be deposited by the OP no. 1 with this District Forum.  Neither the cost has been deposited nor the written statement has been filed by the OP no. 1.  Hence his defence is truck off.  The complainant has also failed to appear in this case.  It seems that the complainant is not interested to pursue his complaint. Therefore, the complaint of the complainant is dismissed in default. File be consigned to the record room.
