ORDER:

                   File taken up today as 13.9.2016 was declared Holiday. Learned counsel of Decree Holder made statement that he has received a cheque no.000042 dated 15.09.2016 for Rs.6500/-  drawn on Andhra Bank Branch Karnal from the Judgment Debtors in compliance of the order under execution. He further stated that he had already received a cheque no.20422 dated 30.11.2011 of Rs.6000/- which was cleared on 22.4.2011 in view of the order dated 2.2.2011. Hence, he wants to withdraw the execution petition. His statement has been recorded separately in this regard.

2.                 In view of that the present application is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
