                          From the perusal of the case file, it is transpired that complainant Atul Kumar was summoned for 3.8.2021. But as per the report of the ahlmed, notice sent to the complainant Atul Kumar  through process server received back with report that complainant Atul Kumar is not residing at the given address. Keeping in view this fact, we are of the view that there is nobody to proceed with the present Misc.application. As such, present Misc.application is disposed off with observations that amount involved in this application be kept intact. However, complainant or his legal heirs can move application qua reimbursement that amount at later stage as per law.  File be consigned to the record room.
