Heard the Ld. Advocate appearing for the Petitioner.  Considered.

Upon hearing the Ld. Advocate appearing for the Petitioner and on perusal of the record and the amended petition, it appears that the proposed amendment is formal in nature and it will not change the nature and character of the case.  So, the amendment petition filed by the Petitioner should be allowed.

Hence,

            It is ordered

                        That the amendment petition filed by the Petitioner is allowed.  The petition u/s 12 of the C.P Act, 1986 be amended.  Office to comply.

            The Complainant is directed to file amended petition u/s 12 of the C.P Act, 1986 in connection with original case No.  CC/6/2018.

The Misc. Case is thus disposed of accordingly.
