ORDER

     E-mail received from the complainant stating that he has received the amount from OP No.1 and OP No.2 sent the draft to his previous address which is returned undelivered and OP No.2 will deposit the amount to his account as assured by its counsel. In view of this, complainant withdraws the present consumer complaint. Hence, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
