Heard ld. lawyer and perused the documents filed with the complaint petition.

It appears from the record that there is no communication with o.p. no.2 which falls under the jurisdiction of this Forum. As such, no cause of action has taken place within the jurisdiction of this Forum. It is not out of place to mention that o.p. no.1 is not within the jurisdiction of this Forum.

In view of the above the instant petition is rejected for want of territorial jurisdiction.

Complainant is at liberty to agitate the issue on the self same cause of action before the appropriate Forum.
