Record of the case is placed in Ezlash as per order dated 24.09.2022 passed by the Ld. Lok Adalat. The complainant is present in person. Representative of the OPs 1 to 4 is present. One DD bearing No. 625564 dated 26.09.2022 for Rs. 5,649/- is handed over by the Representative of the OPs 1 to 4 in compliance of the order dated 24.09.2022 passed by the Ld. Lok Adalat. The complainant has acknowledged the payment aforesaid and made an endorsement on the photocopy of the DD to that effect.

It appears that the matter has been settled by the Ld. Lok Adalat on 24.09.2022, fixing on today for payment. The payment is made by the OPs 1 to 4 to the complainant through DD today.

Hence, the consumer complaint being No. CC/71/2022 is disposed of. Note in the relevant register accordingly.
