                  Case has been called several times since morning and ultimately 4.00 p.m. But none appeared on behalf of the complainant. Perusal of the case file shows that neither the complainant nor anybody on his behalf is appearing since 1.2.2022 and case was adjourned time and again.  It is presumed that the complainant is not interested to pursue with the present complaint. Consequently, present complaint is hereby dismissed in default for want of prosecution. File be consigned to the record room.
