Registered A.D. and the notices have been returned with endorsement ‘left without address’ which are kept in part-2 file. It may be mentioned here that counsel for the complainants had sought discharge and an order was passed on 11.1.2005 to send the notices to the complainants. The notices sent to the complainants pursuant to order dated 26.10.2009 have been returned unserved as stated above.

In view of the above, the complaint is hereby dismissed for non-prosecution with no order as to costs.
