No representation for complainants, even posted as no further adjournment. 1st complainant died on 8.1.2014, 2nd complainant died on 22.12.2014, 3rd complainant died on 5.4.2006 and 5th complainant died on 31.01.2019 and no steps for taken to implead the legal representation of the deceased complainants and the complaint is abated while long time before. Hence this complaint is dismissed as abated. No cost.
