Complainant not present and not represented also, the I.A copy is not served to other side even there is separate order on 17.08.2015. Hence we perused the order sheet. The case is posted to 07.08.2015 for evidence but not ready with evidence and sought time for evidence. It is allowed on cost of Rs.500/-. In the next hearing date complainant not paid the cost and filed an I.A.367/15 to amend and implead the complainant. The complainant submitted that copy was already served to opposite parties. On verification it is found that notice were served to someone else. On 17.08.2015 also I.A copy not served to other side. Then on 17.08.2015 it is directed the complainant to serve I.A copy to the opposite parties and posted for counter and hearing today. Today also complainant not present before the Forum and not served the copy of I.A also to other side. Hence we feel that the complaint is not interested to proceed with the case. Hence the complaint is dismissed for default.
