COMPLAINT UNDER SEC. 12 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986.

                                     Today the case was fixed for filing evidence of the opposite parties. At this stage, counsel for the complainant has made a separate statement in which he states that matter has been compromised between the parties. Now nothing remains towards the Ops. So, he wants to withdraw his present complaint being fully satisfied.

                        Heard. In view of the statement, it is made clear that the compromise has been made out. Hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. We order accordingly.

                        A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
