 Present:      Ms. Anjana Advocate for the complainant.

                   Sh.Kunal Juneja, Advocate  for OP No.2.

                   OP No. 1 & 3 already exparte.

                   Ld. counsel for OP No.2 has made a statement that in view of settlement effected between the parties, they are ready to pay Rs.23500/- to the complainant within 45 days subject to deposit of mobile set alongwith accessories to the company with the condition that neither the set should be physical damaged nor liquified.

                   Ld. counsel for the complainant made a statement that he agrees with the above statement and has no objection to decide the case accordingly.

                   In view of the statements made above, present complaint is hereby disposed of being compromised between the parties, with direction to the complainant to deposit the mobile set in question with the company and opposite party No.2 to pay Rs.23500/-(Rupees twenty three thousand five hundred only) to the complainant within 45 days from the date of decision. Parties shall be bound by their respective statements.

                    File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
