Case taken up today on the application of learned counsel for the complainant supported with affidavit. This case is fixed for 15.04.2021. Today, the learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement recorded separately that a compromise has been effected between the parties, so  the complainant does not want to pursue the present complaint, hence he withdraws the same. 

In view of the aforesaid statement of learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. File be consigned to the record room.
