ORDER

1. This complaint is filed under section 35 of Consumer Protection Act 2019 and stood over to this date for consideration and this Commission passed the following order.

2.  This is a complaint filed by the complainants against the opposite parties alleging deficiency in service on the part of the opposite parties. After admitting the complaint notice was issued to the opposite parties. The opposite parties entered appearance and filed written version denying the allegations raised by the complainant. When the case came up for consideration today, the complainants filed a memo stating that the matter is settled between the parties to the proceedings on condition that the opposite parties shall execute the sale deed in the name of the complainants in respect of the flat (Souparnika Vaishnavam Apartment No.8 K) on or before 31/03/2023 and also pay a compensation of Rs.1,10,000/- (Rupees one lakh and ten thousand only) to the complainant on or before 31/03/2023. The memo accepted and recorded. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties to the proceedings, we find that this complaint is to be allowed.

                In the result, complaint is allowed in terms of compromise with a direction to the opposite party to execute the sale deed in the name of the complainants in respect of Flat No.8 K on or before 31/03/2023 and to pay compensation of Rs.1,10,000/- (Rupees one lakh and ten thousand only) on or before 31/03/2023. There will be no order as to costs.

  A copy of this order as per the statutory requirements be forwarded to the parties free of charge and thereafter the file be consigned to the record room.

         Dictated to the Confidential Assistant, transcribed by her, corrected by me and pronounced in the Open Commission, this the 20th day of March 2023.
