SRI.P.V.JAYARAJAN: PRESIDENT

This is a complaint filed under section 35 of Consumer Protection Act 2019 and the matter stood over to this date for consideration.After hearing the matter the commission passed an order as follows:

This is a complaint filed by the complainants against the opposite parties alleging deficiency in service on the part of the opposite parties.  After admitting the complaint notice was issued to the opposite parties.  The opposite parties entered appearance.  The case now stands posted to 18/04/2023 for filing version.  Meanwhile the counsel appearing for the complainants filed a petition as       IA No.124/23 to advance the hearing date from the 18/04/2023.  Advance petition is allowed and the case was advanced from 18/04/2023 to this date.

The complainants also filed a memo stating that the matter is settled on condition that the opposite parties will execute the sale deed in the name of the complainants in respect of Sowparnika Vaishnavam apartment No.4k on or before 31/03/2023.  The memo filed by the complainants is accepted and recorded.  In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties to the proceedings, we find that this is a fit case to be dismissed as settled.  

                        In the result complaint is dismissed as settled.  There will be no order as to cost.

A copy of this order as per the statutory requirements be forwarded to the parties free of charge and thereafter the file be consigned to the record room.
