                        In compliance of the orders of the Hon’ble State Commission dated 29.9.2009 passed in FA No.515 of 2009, the OP deposited Rs.2,32,000/- with this Forum. Today proxy counsel for OP has submitted banker’s cheque of Rs.28,000/- dated 11.12.09 in the name of President, State Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum-I, UT. The cheque of Rs.28,000/- be deposited in the bank account of the Forum. Office to note and make necessary entry in the record. The file be consigned.

                        Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties through courier as well as under Regd.Cover AD.
