ORDER

The judgement is pronounced in the open court on seperate sheets of paper today. This complaint is allowed. The complainant is held entitled to the amount of Rs.6,000/- + Rs.500/- towards the costs of the proceedings in this case from the respondents jointly and severally together with interest at Rs.10% p.a. on Rs.6,000/- from the date of complaint till the date of payment. Both the respondents shall pay the amount of Rs.6,000/- as compensation + Rs.500/- towards the costs of the proceedings in this case to the complainant jointly and severally together with interest at Rs.10% p.a. on Rs.6,000/- from the date of complaint till the date of payment. Further the respondents shall pay the above said amount of Rs.6,000/- together with interest at 10% p.a. from the date of complaint within two months from the date of complaint within 2 months from the date of receipt of the copy of this judgement, apart from bearing their own costs. Send the certified copies of this judgement and order to both sides parties by R.P.A.D. immediately.
