ORDER

The complaint is dismissed as not maintainable. The complainant may apply to the Railway officer authorised for refunding the train fare for refund of fare of one adult passenger who did not travel from Bubaneshwar to Mysore and the opposite party shall render all assistance to get refund at the earliest. Both the parties to bear their own costs.
