ORDER

This order is pronounced in the open Forum on separate sheets of paper today. The complaint is allowed. The complainant is held entitled to the amount of Rs.1,081/- being the Air Condition Ticket fare and Rs.750/-as compensation in addition to the amount of Rs.250/- towards the costs of this proceedings. Further the opposite party shall also pay the amount awarded in this case within 30 days from the date of this order provided the opposite party does not prefer an appeal and does not obtain the stay order staying the operation of the judgement and order passed in this case. Further the respondant shall bear the respondant's cost of this proceedings. Further it is here by ordered that the respondant shall recover the amount of Rs.1,081/- from the personal salary of the said A.C. Mechanic on duty then and credit the same to the railway revenue, under intimation to this forum. Send the certified copies of this judgement and order to both sides parties by RPAD immediately.
