Complaint is allowed. Opposite party No.1 is directed to pay an amount of Rs.75,000/- to the complainant with interest at the rate of 10% p.a. from the date of the complaint till the date of payment. Opposite party No.1 shall pay the amount within two months with cost of Rs.1,000/-. Complaint is dismissed against opposite party No.2. Send certified copies of this judgement and order to both parties under C.O.P.
