ORDER

This judgement is pronounced in the open court on seperate sheets of paper today. Complaint is allowed in part as under: 1,Opposite party No.2 is directed to pay an amount of Rs.86,000+5,000=91,000/- with interest at the rate of 12% p.a. from the date of this complaint i.e., 29-5-2000. Opposite party No.2 shall pay this amount within two months from the date of receipt of this order with cost of Rs.1,000/-. The copy of the order be send to opposite party No.2 by RPAD. 2.Complaint is dismissed against other opposite parties. 3.No costs. Send copies of the order to them under certificate of posting.
