ORDER

Complaint is partly allowed as under:- O.P.1 and 2 are directed not to enforce the liability under loan transaction against co-obligants named K.Ramaprasad Kamath and m.Vishwanath pai. O.P.1 and 2 are further directed not to exercidse Bankers general lien or special lien in respect of the fixed deposits kept by the complainant. O.P.1 and 2 are directed to pay damages of Rs.12,000/- to the complainant with cost of Rs.3,000/- within two months, failing which such amount shall carry interest at the rate of 18% p.a. till the date of payment. Complaint is dismissed against the O.P.3 to 5 Send copy of this order to complainant and O.P.4 and 5 under COP and to O.P.No.1 to 3 by RPAD
