This case is pending for admission since long while it has been filed 28.03.2019 it appears from the record that after filing complainant have been present two to three days but never taken any step in the progress of the case. Further, it appears that complainant has been absent on 23.09.2019 despite having given notice to the complainant for appearance and to take a proper step which shows that the complainant has got no interest in this case and accordingly this complainant petition stands dismissed without admission.
