ORDER

By consent of the learned counsel for the parties, appeal is being disposed of on the following terms: 1. The respondent no. 1 agrees to pay Rs.5.00 lakh by way of compensation to the appellant irrespective of merits of the matter. 2. The appellant agrees to withdraw the complaint on payment of Rs.5.00 lakh which will be condition precedent for withdrawal of the complaint. The payment will be made by the respondent no. 1 within a period of two weeks and thereafter, the parties will jointly inform the State Commission about the settlement of withdrawal of the complaint which may be permitted to be withdrawn without any further cost. 3. In case the amount is not deposited within two weeks, the amount shall carry interest @ 12% per annum from the date of this order and the complaint shall be deemed to have been allowed to the extent of Rs.5.00 lakh.
