The case record is put up today as it is fixed for filing show by the Ops. The parties are present in the Forum today. The complainant along with Op No. 1 have filed petition, praying for dropped the proceeding as the matter in respect to the present case has already been settled among them. The Op No. 1 to compromise the case has filed a cheque bearing No. 011869 dt. 20/06/2014 amounting of Rs. 1,25,000/- for payment to the complainant as advance money received from the complainant by the Op No.1.

          Prior to this earlier on dt. 18/06/2014 the Op No. 2 has already deposited a cheque bearing No. 344859 dt. 10/06/2014 of Rs. 3,50,000/- before the Forum for payment to the complainant towards his insurance claim amount after amicable settlement between the parties, which the amount have to be distributed to the complainant after disposal of the case.

          Heard the petition as filed by the parties. The parties are not interested to proceed with the case further as they have already settled the matter outside of the Forum.

          Let the compromise petition as filed by the Ops are allowed and disposal the case as dropped without hearing. Disbrust the cheques amounting of Rs. 3,50,000/- and Rs. 1,25,000/- to the complainant and proper identification. The parties are asked to put their signature on the order sheets.

                         Accordingly the case is dropped and disposed of.
