          This is a complaint filed against the opposite parties based on the kury conducted by the 1^st opposite party.  On receiving notice, the official  liquidator appointed by the Hon’ble High Court appeared before the Forum  and submitted a statement to the effect that the company already wound up by the Hon’ble High Court of Kerala on 15/11/2010 in company petition No.11/2010 and the official liquidator is also appointed.

          It is decided by our Hon’ble High Court in  Sudarsan                      chits case reported in 1992 KHC 551 that the authorities constituted under the Consumer Protection Act have no jurisdiction to consider the claims of the creditors of the company which are being wound up  under the provision of the Companies Act 1956.

          3. In the result we are inclined to stop the further proceedings of the complaint and the complainant is directed to approach the official liquidator to get his grievances redressed.
