Today is fixed for filing W.V. by O.P. No.1 and step upon O.P. No.2.  Complainant is present along with a petition stating that he has received the purchase value of the disputed mobile set from the O.P. and for that reason he does not want to proceed the case further.  None appear on behalf of the O.Ps.

Under such circumstances we have decided to dispose of the case considering the petition filed by the Complainant personally.

That the C.C. No.60/2018 be and the same is disposed of with full satisfaction of the Complainant without any cost.

A copy of this order be supplied to the parties each free of cost.
