                      The matter is put up in National Lok Adalat.

                      Learned counsel for the appellant is present on V.C.

                       Learned counsel for the respondent with respondent are  present in both the appeals. They filed the affidavit stating that in both the appeal they want one plot  bearing No.18 instead of two plots. They also agreed that  the concerned Collector will take step to allot the plot to the complainant within a month. Since, both the parties have already agreed  and accordingly in the spirit of Lok Adalat we direct the Collector, Khandamal   who is Special Planning Authority to allot one plot-18  in favour  of Sangeeta Pattnaik, the complainant  in one of the case within a month.

                       Both the appeals are disposed of in terms of compromise in Lok Adalat.
